Towards the end of a 30 year career as a wrestler/coach/mixed martial artist and looking for a way to extend his longevity in a sport for the young, Tim found yoga. Physically, his yoga practice enabled him to compete into his forties, which turned out to be his most successful years of competition. Spiritually, his practice gave him the capacity to look inward and be content with who he is without placing his worth on external achievements. Tim has extensive training in vinyasa and ashtanga yoga, aerial yoga, yoga therapy and Thai massage. His classes are a unique blend of his training, commitment to practice, and adventurous yet grounded spirit.
