Our mission is to support the physical and mental well-being of our community by offering trauma-informed yoga that is accessible, supportive and welcoming to all ages, abilities and backgrounds. We are grateful to our partners who support our offerings of mindfulness and the healing capacity of yoga for all bodies. Each have enriched our lives and our communities.

Much gratitude.
