We offer the following Information to assist you with your first class:

  • In the wake of Covid-19, we are offering only minimal physical assists at this time.

  • We believe in offering a shared authentic experience which means we often move as you move; we explore sensations in our bodies as we invite you to explore sensations in yours. All forms we guide practitioners through are simply invitations; we invite you always to practice what feels right to you even if it is entirely different than the forms we offer.

  • We endeavor to offer modifications/variations/options throughout each class and encourage you to listen to your body as you make choices about which movements you explore.

  • Wear comfortable clothing.

  • We recommend that you purchase your own mat and supportive props such as blocks, straps and/or blankets. If you attend any classes in person, please bring your own supplies as we will no longer be able to provide them.

  • In-person classes will be held in Craig Hall at the Church of the Good Shepherd, located at 1100 Stockton Street, in Riverside. If you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell or having symptoms which have been linked to Covid-19, please join us via Live Stream rather than in person. Click HERE for additional information relating to our Covid-19 and wellness policies.

  • Hydrate before and after class.

  • Please turn off/silence cell phones. Even as you practice in your homes, we encourage you to create a quiet, uncluttered space to allow your practice to be nourishing and peaceful.

  • Inform instructors of any injuries or health concerns. If you are live streaming, you can reach out to us by phone or email (see below).

  • Respect and honor your body during practice.

  • Join us with an open mind and an open heart.

  • Remember to breathe.
