 CATHERINE CANADY

After many years of playing competitive tennis, running and overworking her body, Catherine found herself emotionally, mentally and physically exhausted. Seeking something more spiritual and peaceful, she began exploring various yoga classes. It didn’t take long for her to realize there was much more to yoga than just the physical postures. She discovered that yoga is not only a challenging, full-body experience, but it is also an instrument to connect to oneself on a deeper level by calming the mind and instilling a sense of balance and wholeness.

Catherine went on to complete her 200 hour teacher training in June 2013 and became a holistic health coach. Always remaining a student first, Catherine is continually inspired by all of her teachers, students and fellow practitioners. She is grateful to be able to share the gift of yoga and improve the overall health and well-being of others.
