VINYASA YOGA

Bonnie has been facilitating ashtanga and vinyasa yoga practices to groups and individuals for 20 or so years. Whether you are new to yoga, a seasoned practitioner seeking to deepen your practice, or you have specific needs/considerations (such as injuries) which would benefit from personalized attention, private sessions can be shaped around your needs and interests.

One-on-one private sessions can be held in-person or by Zoom. Chair/Mat yoga options available.
