Restorative yoga is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. With the use of props, students will be given the chance to fully and gently relax into poses. Through these restorative yoga poses we will work to release deep tensions, creating conditions to let our breath move more freely.
Come join Rachel and Rhonda for this gentle workshop designed to help facilitate easier breathing and allow for greater breath awareness. If you already have a pranayama practice come let this workshop inspire and support you. If you're new to having a breathing practice come learn and use this gentle restorative practice to explore the power of the breath.
