Your health and wellness remains our first priority, and the following policies are in place for your safety and the safety of our community and instructors. If you choose to attend any of our classes in-person, we ask that you abide by the following safety measures:

  1. New waivers will need to be signed by all yoga participants.

  2. Covid 19 update (as of 3/16/2022): Masks are once again optional. We continue to encourage everyone to opt for kindness over comfort, and to respect the choices made by each individual in our community. It remains our hope and intention that we can work together to create a safe and supportive space for all, and we remain grateful for all of your care in being kind, respectful and supportive of the collective health and wellness needs of this community.

  3. We are taking precautions to ensure that all surfaces are wiped down and cleaned before and after each class.

  4. Please bring your own mat, block, blanket, water, towel, etc. Mats should be set up at least 6 feet apart, if possible.

  5. For security purposes, the doors at Good Shepherd will be locked at the time class begins, so please be sure to arrive to classes held at this facility a few minutes early.

  6. There will be minimal-to-no hands-on assists from instructors.

  7. If you or anyone in your household are feeling unwell, or if you have been around anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19, we ask you limit to your participation to classes via Zoom.
