Taylor is a yoga teacher bent on moving people to play both on and off the mat with skillful action, an open heart, and gratitude. An avid rock climber, yogi, rookie sky diver, hungry learner, and paramedic - he applies the experiences of life to his teachings and to keeping it real in the classroom. In his spare time, you can find him on the water as a Bliss Paddle Yoga Ambassador, or getting his hands dirty outdoors. Catch one of his upbeat classes and you may just find your frown turned upside down. Taylor teaches at YogaGlo and often travels the world teaching workshops. He has an inspiring, light-hearted and joyful approach to all he does.

FRI. 2/20, 6p - 8:30p - SHINE ON TALK + MASTER CLASS (inspiration with a dose of flow)

Let's face it, we don't always feel sparkly.  The daily push-me-pull-you hustle and bustle has a way of wearing us down.  It's easy to get stuck in a rut.  But remembering what makes us passionate and what brings us to life can shake off the dust.  There's a shimmery light in all of us and, once we find it, the affect is limitless.  The light within you even has the ability to inspire others to live bigger, bolder, and with more passion.  This quick talk begins to pry rusty doors open and the flow that follows ignites a dazzling flame.  Take a deep breath; it's time to shine.

SAT., 2/21, 10:30a - 1p - HIPS ME BABY ONE MORE TIME! (vigorous flow + restorative yin practice)

The hips!  So many muscles and connective tissues come together to form this miraculous area of the body.  All too often, these bad boys lock up from a life of sitting, old injuries, or even not-so-great habits in our practice and other sports.  This vigorous flow will bring in warmth, then we'll slide into the hips like our favorite pair of pajamas for some restorative yin to balance out.

SAT., 2/21, 2:30p - 5p - FLIP YOUR WORLD (inversions)
Inversions are like yogi super powers.  They just feel good. Inverting the body is healing, grounding, and builds calm and confidence.  But how do we get there safely?  Allow your inversion practice to unlock the door to your inner Superman and Wonder Woman. Note:  being able to hold a solid dolphin pose for 10 deep, slow breaths is encouraged for this workshop.

SUN., 2/22, 10:30a - 1p - GLITTER BOMB BACK BENDS (heart openers)
Heart openers are some of the most liberating yoga postures.  There's a sense of expansion within vulnerability. But many of us shy away for various reasons.  This workshop will free up space in places you might not have even known existed in the body.  We'll dive deeply into how to safely and comfortably expand a backbend practice.
