The class consists of 5 exercises from Tibet which resemble
Hatha Yoga. They are practiced by the Tibetan lamas in addition to 2 other rites which are introduced after the 5 rites and are optional (not everyone chooses to do the 6th and 7th rite.) The Rites are reputed to slow or reverse the aging process by speeding up the Chakras (Energy vortexes) in the body which slow with the natural aging process. The Chakras affect the Endocrine system and Master glands in the body which help metabolism and overall health.
