In this workshop we will be breaking down traditional Vinyasa postures and discussing ways to modify and enhance your practice, how to use the right tools, bolsters, blocks, props and the wall to ensure a safe and comfortable practice.
If you're new to Vinyasa yoga or recently recovering from an injury or joint replacement, then this workshop is just for you!
Please bring something to write on and a pen or pencil if desired. There is also a chance to get one on one questions and answers with Rachel.
Rachel has been teaching and practicing yoga since 2007 with an emphasis on energetic displacement and alignment. She graduated from the Florida school of Massage in 2014 and has a passion for educating her clients on specific yoga postures to live comfortable and pain free! Guided meditation and self written poetry are included. Yoga instructors new to teaching are also encouraged to attend.
